National Paramedic Institute offers cutting edge CECBEMS accredited, online continuing education. We use real crews in our case-based online training videos. Dr. Steven Katz oversees the production and is personally responsible for developing our exciting, fast paced training. Dr. Katz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and is the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He also serves as the Associate Medical Director for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, and is the Medical Director for the Florida Professional Firefighters.
Each course is supplemented with highlighted key words with definitions from Brady’s Essentials of Paramedic Care authored by Dr. Bryan Bledsoe. Our videos are fast paced and exciting, and are sure to keep you engaged. Every course test has randomized questions and answers to maximize online testing integrity.
Our easy-to-use Online Training Center provides a one-stop place to track all of your licenses and continuing education credits. This allows you to easily keep your licenses up-to-date, and will provide you a quick snapshot of where you are in maintaining your license recertification requirements.
Our system also gives department training managers the ability to design and deploy education to their entire group from one location. Our reporting center allows managers to check individual and departmental training progress. Our "Deadlines and Reminders" feature will allow automatic electronic generation of customized email messages to students, reminding them of upcoming training deadlines. Managers can also upload any custom content for their students and create customized courses.
We pride ourselves on making our products simple and easy to use, but we also realize that not everyone is as computer savvy as the next person.
