We have created this "Browser Test" to ensure you have a productive and
enjoyable experience with our eLearning system. The "Browser Test" lists
our software requirements, sample files and upgrade instructions (if
needed).
If you encounter problems that you are not able to overcome by
following the instructions provided, or if you are not sure what to do,
don't worry—we are here to help. Feel free to contact technical support.
Note: Using JavaScript we do our best to automatically detect if
you have the necessary software at all and/or its version number. Should
you meet our requirements you will see a green check mark. Should you not
meet the requirements or we were unable to auto-detect, you will see a
gray question mark.
If you see the gray question mark, use the provided links to download
and install the necessary software. If you think you have the software
already, try to download the sample media file and open it in the program
to verify it's working. If you can view the sample media file, you should
be fine.

A modern browser that conforms to web
standards is a very important starting point to making sure
your computer is ready for our eLearning system. We currently require Microsoft's Internet Explorer (Version
5.5/Windows, 5.0/Mac or greater) or Netscape Navigator
(Version 6.1 or greater). We recommend the latest
versions (IE 6/Windows, IE 5.2/Mac or Netscape 7 for ether
platform).

we currently support, we have known some of our users to use

is a core technology in our eLearning system we use for
creating, viewing, printing, and sharing documents across all
platforms. Adobe Reader is the preferred application for
opening such documents. We require version 5 and recommend the newest release, version 7.

Flash has become a widely adopted plug-in
for internet content allowing content creators to mix vector
art work, still images, interactivity and more into small
"Flash" movies for their users. We use Flash for
presentations, slide shows and more. We require version
5 of the flash player, but recommend the newest
release, version 6.
